As we are now starting to get back to normal after the pandemic there’s a lot of catching up to do seeing people who have not had routine reviews, or who have put off coming to the surgery, or are now facing new problems caused by Covid19 so there is a real increase in need for services.
Unfortunately, there are still challenges to how we can run the surgery due to ongoing Covid19 restrictions required by NHS England that cause a lot of frustration for everyone, and some of the old ways we did things are just no longer working – for example our telephone system which we are actively trying to upgrade, seeking the CCG’s involvement which is required to make this happen.
We are very keen to understand what our patients are looking for in the surgery so that we can offer the surgery’s services in ways that are best suited to what’s wanted by you. The following questionnaire is your way to help shape this process.
