We are trying to make contact with the local chemists to provide you with some useful information, we understand some of you are having problems making contact.
Boots:
Boots opening hours this week are 10:00 to 13:00 then 15:00 to 18:30 (17:30 on Saturday). They are operating a one in one out system.
They strongly recommend all Boots patients set themselves up to receive a text. You will then receive a notification when your prescription is ready. You can only set this up in store, please have your mobile number to hand.
With regard to delivery, they recommend patients send family, friends or use one of the volunteer groups to collect.
The person collecting will be asked to confirm the patients name and address. They will also be asked about anything needing to be reordered. If collection is not possible, they can add the shielded vulnerable patients to their delivery service, which will be free of charge for this group, for the time being.
