Ordering repeat prescriptions
You can order repeat prescriptions by either:
- By using the NHS App – we strongly recommend this option as it is the most direct method and reduces the risk of error.
- using our online ordering system (SystmOnline) if you are registered.
- Delivering a repeat prescription slip or written request to the surgery by hand or post.
Did you know you can manage repeat prescriptions in the NHS App? There is a new prescription tracker so you know whether your medication has been issued.
You can easily choose where your prescriptions are sent. So, if you know you’ll be away from home or you are moving home, you can change your nominated pharmacy from within the app.
It’s easy to use, and, if you hit a snag, you can go to ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the app or visit nhs.uk/helpmeapp.
Queries about your medication
If you have any queries or concerns about your medication please contact the surgery to discuss these with a pharmacist or your GP. Please note, medication queries can take up to seven days to process.
